However, prior to entry to a Classic Marketing office, customers may be required to present photo identification for security or similar purposes. Moreover, individual property owners and their property management firms may require photo identification prior to a showing, and we will communicate this information to the customer in advance of such showing.

• Classic Marketing does not require customers to sign an exclusive buyer representation agreement.

• Classic Marketing does not require a mortgage loan pre-approval to work with Classic Marketing, however, individual property owners may require one, and in such a case, we will communicate that to the customer for any properties the customer may wish to view.
